    The service was great, with staff like Dewa and Robby ensuring that every detail was attended to. The amazing view from our suite.

    Accessibility could be improved. While the grounds are fine, the shuttle service to nearby Ubud isn't frequent enough for those wanting to explore.

    Simply stunning place, I liked incredibly attentive personnel.

    Everything was outstanding, so were fantastic views of the jungle and the river. The hotel was placed in the secluded location in the city centre of Ubud. Moreover, it was next to the river flowing through the valley. The atmosphere created was family. The service was absolutely very good!

    The so-called complimentary bags were a joke, they tried to charge me for them! Absoultely absurd. When I asked for room service, it took ages and they even charged me for cleaning my room? Not to mention, I expected way better treatment as a guest. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't!

    Location: the hotel was near the main restaurant as well as the luscious jungle in Ubud by the river. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Warung Ting Ting that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

    Absolutely fine villa with a gorgeous view of the river below and an outdoor shower that felt refreshing. Especially Miss Yukari. The breakfast options were amazing (I can't even describe how fresh everything tasted!)

    The One-Bedroom Duplex Suite was very nice, with a private pool overlooking the lush forest, providing a serene environment to unwind. Every morning, I enjoyed sipping organic juices and local fruits while taking in the amazing river views. The cooking class was a highlight. The chef was engaging.
